✓ Iron has good thermal conductivity and high moisture retention, so you can fry ingredients to be nice and fluffy.
✓ Iron is highly durable, so it can be used for a long time = an environmentally friendly frying pan.
✓ You can cook delicious foods because the oil sticks to the skin of the pot and excess oil and moisture do not return to the ingredients.
✓ The more you use it, the better it will become oil-friendly, the less likely it will get sticky, and the longer you use it, the more you will love it!

* Stylish, easy-to-grip, German-made handle that doesn't get hot easily
* Comes with an an auxiliary handle, so that even if the pot becomes heavy, you can lift it with both hands
* Durable with a bottom thickness of 1.4 mm! Because it is iron, it is safe and long-lasting
* Compatible all all types of hobs (gas, induction, ceramic, etc)

This BAUM frying pan is applied with a clear coating for rust prevention.
Hence, it is necessary to do "oil conditioning" before use, in order for the oil to blend in.
When oil soaks into the frying pan, it becomes less likely to burn and rust.
1. Heat up the pan over the stove. *Make sure to use low to medium heat.
2. Pour in 4-5 tablespoons of oil and slowly turn the pan until it is evenly distributed.
3. When the whole pan is blackened, turn off the heat, remove the excess oil, and let the pan cool slowly on the stove.
4. When the frying pan has cooled down, wipe the inside with kitchen paper so that the oil is evenly absorbed.

1. After cooking, wash the iron pan using warm water and a scrubbing brush while it is still warm.
Dishwashing detergent is not required.
2. Dry the pan thoroughly, such as by heating it lightly on the stove.
(Residual moisture can lead to rust.)
3. Apply a light coat of cooking oil to the entire surface with a paper towel before storing.
